Activities of the regional training program

The program aims to prepare Arab cadres specialized in sustainable institutional development, and to enhance the capabilities of workers in civil society organizations in accordance with the latest professional and development practices.
The program includes a series of specialized training topics, the most prominent of which are:
Introduction to civil society organizations and their role in sustainable development and capacity building
Analysis of the institutional capacities of NGOs
Modern trends in institutional development
Governance of NGOs
Managing and resisting change
Social Marketing and Communication
Human Resources Management
Sustainable development innovation
The program extends over 20 training days, and concludes with the presentation of applied graduation projects as one of the requirements for obtaining a program license.
The cost of the program is $500 and is offered as a free grant to support workers in Arab NGOs and to enhance the sustainability of NGOs in the region.
